A MESSAGE FROM Hailey's Fundraising Page
For my 3rd marathon, I’ll be running the 2026 Chicago Marathon and fundraising for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). CASA volunteers make sure children in foster care have someone consistently showing up for them and advocating for their best interests.
I am passionate about CASA’s mission and proud to champion it through Team CASA. This has always been a cause that is important to me. In college my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta's philanthropy was CASA, so I have had the opportunity to support CASA for many years through different events and in fact one year I helped coordinate the Theta 5k that benefited CASA. I am so excited to be fundraising for this cause once again! My sister, Delaney, was a CASA and through her advocacy I was able to witness firsthand how impactful CASA volunteers are in these children’s lives. Personally as a first grade teacher, I see every day how important it is for kids to feel supported, heard, and cared for.
