Back in August 2025, I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. I had a lumpectomy followed by radiation treatments. I'm here today because of the cancer research that has helped my doctors make the best recommendations for treatment and care.

I'd like to give back by running a 5K to raise money for cancer research. My hope is that the funds I raise will help someone else survive their cancer.

I’ll be participating with Team Concern in the LA 5K and/or LA Marathon to raise funds for cancer research and vital services for patients and caregivers.  We’re partnering with incredible organizations to support essential services for the cancer community and advance global research: Concern Foundation for Cancer Research, American Friends of the Hebrew University, AYA@USC, Beauty Bus Foundation, Cancer Support Community Los Angeles, Cedars-Sinai Wellness, Resilience, and Survivorship Program, and Sharsheret.
