Thank you for answering the call!  Your contribution will help support the families of New York City Police Officers, Firefighters, Port Authority Police, and EMS Personnel who have been killed in the line of duty. 

Coming from a family of service and having many friends that are Chicago police officers this cause is dear to my heart. Every day I see two Chicago police officers, P.O. Gina Ibarra and K9 Rozi, leave to protect our city and its citizens.  Sadly, many families are facing the emotionally devasting reality of having lost a loved one in the line of duty.  Devastatingly, early March the Chicago police community lost one of their own in the line of duty, leaving behind a wife and two-year-old daughter.  Then later in April, two firefighters lost their lives just 2 days apart.  

Every year I run a 5K in Chicago benefiting the same cause. This year I will run the NYC Marathon for Answer the Call. I pledge to run for all the families of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.
