A MESSAGE FROM Joabe's Fundraising Page
My name is Joabe and I've run every block of every street in the city of Chicago. This journey has been eye-opening and I'm so happy to have experienced going to every neighborhood. That's why I'm running the Chicago Marathon for the first time, to help make a difference in Chicago's underserved neighborhoods. I'm running on behalf of Chicago-based nonprofit My Block, My Hood, My City, who are an organization dedicated to inspiring youth, strengthening communities, and building a more connected city. Every dollar I raise helps a teenager experience a new part of the city, supports a block club captain improving their neighborhood, and builds a better Chicago. Chicago is only as strong as its most underserved community. Thank you for supporting me and investing in a stronger Chicago!
