This organization has been there for me on a handful of occasions in the past, and I can’t think of a charity that has a lower overhead for operational costs.

Everything is the same this year, as in years past. Y’all donate money, and then I go run for a few miles and drink some beer afterwards. The only difference is: This year, I’ll be running in the Louisville 5K instead of Virginia Beach! 

Please donate what you can. Even if it’s a dollar, it’ll help and it will put your name on the map - which is much better than getting your name on a list...ask me how I know. :)

But we all know you’ll probably be content with the awesomeness that comes from just donating - and I don’t blame you for being reserved and humble.
