Welcome to my fundraising page! This is a cause that means a lot to me. Ovarian and Gynecological cancers have impacted my family more than once. My mom lost her battle with Ovarian Cancer 4 years ago this month. My aunt was diagnosed earlier in the disease and is now is remission. Thanks to awareness and early detection, I was able to dodge a bullet 3 years ago. The mission of the Kindah Foundation is "to promote early detection and prevention of Ovarian and Cervical Cancer through awareness, education, and survivors support services." This is only the second year for the Teal 5K Walk/Run so the needs are many. This is the only 501 (3)c organization I am raising funds for this year.
