A MESSAGE FROM Kate MacAfee - Team Army Ranger NYC Marathon
Hi all! This November, I will be running the 2023 New York City Marathon. In 2012 when I was a freshman at Fordham University in NYC, I made the NYC Marathon my ultimate goal. I can't believe I'm finally going to do it! 

As a proud Army Ranger wife, I have decided to run and raise money for the Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund. This fund supports U.S Army Rangers and the families of Rangers who have died, have been disabled, or who are currently serving in harm's way around the world. The Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund was created in honor of Sgt. James J. Regan who served with Charlie Company, 3d Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Jimmy was KIA in Iraq on Feb. 9 2009, at the age of 26.
