Welcome to my fundraising page! I'm so glad you're here. When I was a young professional fresh out of college, it was the Asian American Journalists Association that helped me get my first job in the field of journalism through its Mentor Match program. And throughout my career thus far, it has consistently been AAJA members who have continued to uplift my craft and my passion for journalism. Now, as a reporter, editor, and newsroom leader just a few years out from that time, I'm truly grateful to give back to the organization that helped me get my foot in the door.

For 40 years, the Asian American Journalists Association has bolstered the talent, vision, and voices of AAPIs in newsrooms across the United States and beyond. They provide community, resources, trainings, reporting guides, and more in order to uphold the visibility and inclusion of AAPI journalists in newsroom leadership, and towards equitable and accurate coverage of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and AAPI issues.
