I am once again helping to run the Joggin' for Frogmen 5K San Diego Event which benefits the Naval Special Warfare community through the Travis Manion Foundation. The funds raised by your donations go directly to this community to assist with outreach programs such as transition to civilian workplace support, scholarships, and family assistance to Gold Star families - among other activities. This year's race will be held, once again, at Liberty Station in San Diego.
