A MESSAGE FROM Kenneth
February 29, 2020, was the day of our much-anticipated event at the Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins and the site of this year's Super Bowl, where thousands of South Florida residents have come together to tackle cancer here in our community and beyond - cancer is a global peril and the advances made here by the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Cente Team affect everyone. Like ripples in a pond that reach out to the shore, so do the advances made here reach far beyond the confines of Dade County.
I wasn't capable of riding today. I don't know when and if I will be in the future. I am just not strong enough after my surgery and the lead-up to it during these last 9 months. But, I gave my word and pledged $2,750 to the cause and the 17 friends and family members that I have lost or have been touched by Cancer. since 2010
CANCER!! It knows no boundaries, no race, no gender or no age limitations. It is the Universal Reaper...and we all have been touched by cancer.
Please help me reach my goal of $2,750 by 07 Apr 20 with your generous, donation - big or small.
2020 marks the third year I have supported this epic event. It doesn't get any easier - unfortunately, my artificial left knee isn't as user-friendly as its sibling on the right...but my spine betrayed me this year.
Thank you, everybody, for your generous and continued support. I can't do it without any of you.
