Hi friends and family,

This year, I’m running the Berlin Marathon in support of something deeply personal, raising money for the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. As many in my circle know, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer many years ago, and our family has been on a tough, emotional journey ever since. Watching her fight with resilience and strength has changed me forever.

Training for a marathon is hard, but it’s nothing compared to the battle so many face against cancer. Every mile I run in Berlin will be for her, and for the thousands of others who’ve faced or are still facing this disease.

I’m asking for your help, not just to support my race, but to support life-saving research and the hope that, one day, families like mine won’t have to hear the words “you have breast cancer.”
