Once more unto the breach, dear friends! On October 9, 2022 I ran and completed my first marathon, appropriately in my beloved city of Chicago. And despite how much in pain I was when I crossed the finish line, I knew then that it would not be the last time.
And so again, I ask you to help me along this journey to the starting line in 2023 and give what you can to the Chicago parks.
PRINT SALE
As part of my fundraising, I am selling fine art prints of photographs made in and around the parks of Chicago. Anyone donating $100 will receive a single-edition print from a special series of 11 photographs I have curated specifically for this fundraiser this year. Each print (size ranging between 8x10 and 8x12) will come mounted in a 11x14 mat, ready for framing, and is a sole edition 1 of 1--meaning each print here is one-of-a-kind, and no other prints of this mounted size will be made.
Once your qualifying donation has been received, I will personally reach out to you via email for details on which print you want.
The photographic prints available in this series are at this link:

About Team ChiParks
Team ChiParks is the marathon charity team of the Chicago Parks Foundation, the 501c3 partner of the Chicago Parks District. Established in 2013 as an independent nonprofit organization, the Foundation’s mission is to build a stronger community dedicated to supporting and conserving parks in Chicago.
The Chicago Park District is one of the largest municipal park managers in the nation, with 600+ parks, 220 field houses, 24 beaches, 11 museums, 10 harbors, 9 golf courses, and an incredible team of staff. Tax dollars alone cannot provide all of the funds needed to maintain and improve these parks and park programs. As the charitable partner of the Park District, the Foundation helps bridge the gap between communities and their parks.
As one of several wings of the Foundation, Team ChiPark's fundraising efforts, as a charity partner of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, contribute greatly to ensuring that everyone, Chicagoans and visitors alike, may use and enjoy all that the parks of this beautiful city have to offer.
