If you know me, you know how much running means to me. In 2024, I trained for and ran the Chicago Marathon - even after finding out I had a stress fracture just six weeks before race day. It definitely wasn’t the race I planned, but it taught me more about grit, gratitude, and what it really means to show up for yourself than any finish time ever could.
After a long recovery (and a lot of patience), I’m coming back stronger for round two - running the 2026 Chicago Marathon for Girls on the Run Chicago. This organization empowers girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running - helping them discover their strength and limitless potential early on.
Every donation, no matter the size, means the world. Thank you for helping me lace back up and support the next generation of strong, confident girls! 💪💜
