A MESSAGE FROM Kristina
Hi there! My name is Kristina and I'm running to raise money for The H.E.A.R.T Program.
The H.E.A.R.T Program is an incredible organization that was founded to create opportunities for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) to achieve their potential. I have had the pleasure of working with the trainees in the concession stands at the Rockets games where they are able to use the skills they learn in these programs. These opportunities allow them to not only receive an income like all of us, but gives them such a sense of pride and accomplishment.
I'm looking forward to seeing the trainees cheer me on in my first race!
