Since my internships I have learned so many different children with autism. Every time it makes my heart laugh to be with these kids. Participating in the bike tour (eagles autism challenge) means a lot more from me. Since 8 months I take care of a little boy with autism in the US. Now I know how it is for a family with a special need kid. As a therapist you never get so close to your clients and don’t know what’s going on after the therapy sessions. I got a great view into the life of a family with a special need kid. For that I would like to say thank you and try to raise money for innovative research and programs to help unlock the mystery of autism. 100% of participant-raised funds will go directly towards autism research and programs at a coalition of leading institutions including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Drexel University and Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health.
