A MESSAGE FROM Lindsey
Thank you so much for your gift to my run for the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center. I’m running as part of the Run for Teens team in the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon – my very first marathon! Ah.
My goal is to raise $3,500 to support the Adolescent Health Center, which breaks down economic and social barriers to health care and wellness for young people by providing non-judgmental, comprehensive health care to adolescents and young adults—including care for LGBTQ+ teens, young parents, human trafficking survivors, and young people living with HIV—all at no cost to patients.
The Center serves over 12,000 young people ages 10-25 each year, most of whom are low-income youth of color who otherwise may not have access to the critical care they need. Just $1,000 provides a full year of comprehensive care to a young person in need. Every dollar counts.
Your support means a lot to me and more importantly, to the young adults that the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center serves.
