A MESSAGE FROM Lisa's Fundraising Page - Team Joseph Calixto Crusaders
This year we are celebrating Joseph's birthday and achievements by participating in the Eagles Autism Challenge on May 18, 2019.
Joseph loves spending time at the Link and loves his Eagles. Joseph was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at 23 months old. Since being diagnosed he has achieved so many amazing milestones which we celebrate on a daily basis. He is an energetic, friendly, happy 6-year-old who loves playing with his big brother Thomas and his big sister Madelyn. We were blessed to get him therapy starting at 24 months through Preschool. Joseph still has his challenges but he is the most hardworking person I know. He has learned to verbalize his needs and wants and is mainstreamed at school. We love you so much Joseph and can't wait to celebrate you at the Eagles Autism Challenge!

This event is dedicated to raising funds for innovative research and programs to address the complex issues presented by the condition of autism. By providing the necessary resources to thought leaders, we can advance scientific breakthroughs. All participant-raised funds, 100 %, will go directly towards autism research and/or programs at beneficiary partners, as together we shift from autism awareness to action.
