I am so honored to participate in the Eagles Autism challenge and excited to run the the 5K for my son Colton! Colton was diagnosed with Autism when he was 5 years old. He did not speak until he was a little over 3 years old, had some sensory processing issues, and was delayed in other milestones. He is now a sweet, caring, loving, fun, and outgoing 7 year old. Thankfully, due to Early Intervention, his school therapists, and specialist, Colton has come such a long way and achieved so much! We never thought that he would talk and do the things he can do! He is our little hero and we are so proud of who he is. We know he will keep crushing his goals and do amazing things this that "awesome" (his sister pronounces Autism as "awesome") brain of his. Thank you so much for all of you who have supported and loved Colton throughout the years. We cannot thank you enough for supporting such a great cause.
