I am so excited to
be running the 2024 Chicago Marathon for Good Sports - a national nonprofit
that gives kids in low-income communities greater access to sports and physical
activity.
Growing up participating
in a variety sports has been a special part of my life and has made the person
who I am today. I have met my best friends and made great memories through
sports! But it's not that easy for many families to have their kids be involved
in sports. That's why I am running for Good Sports. I believe that every kid
should be given the opportunity to participate sports and making great memories
as I did! Good Sports works with companies like Nike and Under Armour to
donate brand-new equipment, apparel and footwear to children and youth
organizations across the country. Every dollar raised will help Good
Sports donate more equipment and create equitable access in youth sports!
