In 2017
I traveled to Tanzania to hike Mt Kilimanjaro for a cancer fundraiser. I had
the joy of staying with the children of Amani's House. Your donation will go a
long way in rescuing more children off the dangerous streets of Tanzania. You
will provide them with food, shelter, access to medical services, counseling,
and education.
Amani’s team hits
the streets of Moshi and the nearby city of Arusha every night, meeting with
the hundreds of children who sleep in gutters, bathe in polluted streams, and
beg and work for food.
Amani’s team
connects with homeless children and let's them know that Amani House is an
alternative to living on the streets. The purpose is to let the street
children know that Amani will provide them with safety, good food, medical
care, and education.
