Thank you for cheering me on as I lace up for the LA Charity Marathon, supporting NAMI GLAC: National Alliance on Mental Illness- Greater Los Angeles County. On March 8, 2026, I'll be pounding the pavement to break the stigma surrounding mental health and to champion accessible mental healthcare for all. Your tax-deductible donation will bolster NAMI GLAC's impactful, cost-free community programs, available online and in-person across its six LA County chapters. These programs include vital support groups and life-changing presentations like "In Our Own Voice" and "Ending the Silence," as well as educational courses, such as "Family-to-Family," that empower families supporting loved ones with mental health conditions.
