Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the 2023 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. I'll be taking on 26.2 miles on October 8th to support the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation.
I chose to take on this challenge with the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation because of my personal experience witnessing the incredible journey of my grandpa's recovery from a stroke. Through rehabilitation he was able to eventually return to a normal life with almost no limitations. By supporting the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation, I hope to contribute to their invaluable work of providing resources, support, and rehabilitation programs that empower individuals to reclaim their lives and find hope amidst adversity
Because the Foundation is nearly 100% privately funded, the support of people just like you and me is critical to our mission. I am running to ensure the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation will continue to have the resources it needs to provide hope for tomorrow.
The Brain Injury Recovery Foundation is a beacon of hope for those on the path to recovery. A 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, their mission is to support those who have suffered Brain or Spinal Cord Injuries as well as their family, friends, and caregivers by providing programs for Care, Financial Assistance and Rehabilitation built to meet their specific needs so that they can achieve their goals.
