A MESSAGE FROM Mary
Hi friends and family, I'm running the TCS NY Marathon in support of a wonderful organization, the Brooklyn Kindergarten Society.
Founded in 1891, and for 130 years, BKS has helped provide high-quality early childhood education to some of Brooklyn’s most vulnerable children. BKS has grown up with the borough and continues to be a leader on equal access to a high quality early childhood education. BKS sees its mission as providing an equal first educational step to some of our youngest learners. All of its services are provided for free or at very low cost.
Fundraising via the New York City Marathon is one of BKS' most important fundraising activities, critical in enabling it to enrich the lives of young children each year. Any donation matters, and will directly improve the education of young child. Please consider donating!
