As some may already know, my family and I have always shared a special connection with the Boston Marathon. With childhood memories of seeing the Hoyts run up heartbreak hill, it led to my discovery of the Hoyt Foundation, an organization that funds and fosters inclusion and opportunities for those with disabilities. A special mission that I’m honored to run and fundraise on behalf of in parallel pursuit of my goal of completing the Chicago Marathon.
As I continue to train, I am extremely grateful for each and every person who has donated - I’m thinking of you on those long, early runs!
