Hello! A coworker of mine introduced me to this event. Him and his wife have a little boy diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. I can only imagine the fear and worry that crossed their minds upon hearing this diagnosis that's becoming more and more common. They were introduced to Drexel, who provided resources and education for their young boy, and since being introduced to these resources at a young age, is doing very well! It inspired me to know that such great work is going on here in Philly, and I couldn't help but be inspired by my coworkers story about their relationship with Drexel. You may not be directly affected by Autism, but with 1 in 68 children being diagnosed, odds are you may know of someone who is affected by it. The funds raised through the Eagles Autism Challenge will go towards these great institutions that have provided help and resources to the families and children affected by Autism.
