A MESSAGE FROM Megan
Hello! This year I am participating in the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon as a member of Team Life Without Lupus. By joining the team, I pledged to raise funds for the Lupus Research Alliance, the country’s preeminent nonprofit organization serving the lupus community. Lupus Research Alliance’s mission is to develop treatments, prevention, and ultimately a cure for this devastating and complex autoimmune disease. Lupus Research Alliance is an organization that resonates with me because in 2012 I was diagnosed with Lupus. I remember having joint paint so severe it was difficult to walk, let alone run. Ten years later I am much healthier and determined to run the NYC Marathon! Would you be willing to make a contribution to my fundraiser? Any amount you can give is much appreciated. 100% of the funds raised for the 2022 TCS New York City Marathon will support the Lupus Research Alliance’s mission and support lupus research.
