EVEN THOUGH I'VE MET MY FUNDRAISING GOAL, PLEASE CONTRIBUTE -- ANY AMOUNT HELPS CAMP KOREY. 🙏
This year I've decided to join Team Korey in fundraising and raising awareness for Camp Korey in the Pacific Northwest.
I'm going to do that by running in the New York City Marathon on Sunday, November 7th, and I'd be honored if you or your company joined me and supported my run.
GoDaddy has graciously offered to be the lead sponsor. Thank you, Paul and Trip!
We are seeking additional corporate sponsors at $500 each.
In honor of your corporate sponsorship, I will highlight your company logo on my race shirt and on the DNAcademy blog, and promote the event on Domaining.com, in social media, in our email newsletter, and via word-of-mouth to the domain name investing community. Thousands will be reached. (Thanks Elliot Silver and John Berryhill for the inspiration.)
If a corporate donation is not possible, a personal donation of any amount is greatly appreciated and both corporate and personal donations will be acknowledged on a DNAcademy blog post that I promote broadly.
Let me tell you why I'm supporting Camp Korey.
Camp Korey provides transformative camp experiences for children who have life-altering medical conditions.
Kids with serious medical conditions miss out on the joy and adventure of childhood because of their physical limitations, their treatments, and their regular medical appointments.
But for one week a year, they don't have to think about any of that. They can simply show up at Camp Korey, have fun, and be kids again.
Camp Korey provides safety, friendship, inclusion and fun. All of the medical staff, cabin counselors, clean-up staff, and program facilitators create moments of magic every day for their campers.
No one is different at Camp Korey. Every kid is accepted for who they are. And all they have to do is have fun. They leave Camp Korey with new friends, happy songs, and stories of the greatest paint fight of all time. They also leave with greater confidence and resiliency in themselves.
If you've ever wished you could just be yourself and that people would love you for who you are, I encourage you to join me by donating to Camp Korey.
Corporate Sponsors: Once you've made your donation, please send me your company logo for promotion.
Thanks for joining me in making a difference in the world.
