A MESSAGE FROM Missy's Re(Solution) Accountability Page
This month marks a full FOUR years since I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with
Team Javan and raised over $8,000 for LLS and Climb2Cure. You helped me get there! Money is tight in my own household these days, therefore, I am doing the physical work to benefit an organization I strongly support. I will be conquering at least 50 miles of hiking trails throughout the month of January, masked up and covid-friendly, while raising awareness for blood cancers... AGAIN!
"Dry January" is so 2020, so this year I am taking on Team In Training’s Re(Solution) Challenge to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
We are all affected by cancer, even during a brutal pandemic. Research done by LLS benefits many cancers, not just the blood variety. They are at the forefront of the fight against cancer and provide critical support to patients across the country.
Join me in Re(solving) to find cancer cures by taking on the #TNTChallenge by joining our team or making a donation of any size ... and, obviously, followed by a Zoom toast with a glass of [bubbly] wine! Happy New Year, my friends.
