A MESSAGE FROM Molly Feldman
Welcome to my fundraising page! I'm honored to be running in the 2021 New York City Marathon on the Team AFSP in memory of my dad. Please join me in remembering my dad and honoring all lives lost to suicide, by donating to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's lifesaving, free services.
I lost my dad, Todd Feldman, to suicide in May 2017. Teaching was my dad’s gift. He was a master of words and was Bruce Springsteen's number one fan. He could often be found wearing his beloved Red Sox Sweatshirt doing home improvements.
I am running and raising funds to save lives. I'm running to raise awareness. I'm running to fight the stigma and the labels associated with suicide and mental illness. I'm running because this world needs you in it.
My goal is to raise $3,500 for AFSP. I hope I far exceed that. This money will help AFSP continue to provide lifesaving services focused on community education, research funding, advocating for public policies in mental health, and survivor support. Please help me support this worthy cause that has helped me and so many others through a difficult time.
I'd love to hear stories that you may have about my dad! Please share them with me! Find me on instagram, Facebook, and elsewhere. Follow me on Strava to watch me train, or send me an email at mollykfeldman@gmail.com with support
