Molly - unbelievably, it’s been about 15 years since I sat in your dad’s class, but his was by far my favorite throughout high school. I still can’t see anything Alexander Hamilton-related without hearing your dad say, Alexander “Hot Hammy” Hamilton. He took my love for history to another level, and I will always be grateful to him for that. Good luck with your training, fundraising, and running. I’ll be thinking of you and your dad.

Your dad was an incredible man and I’m honored to have known him. What a beautiful way to honor his legacy by helping others.

My boys' dad committed suicide in 2015 when they were 17, 19, & 21. Thank you for running and bringing awareness to those left behind. I am an APUSH teacher & reader as well. While I didn't know your dad personally, I wanted to support your run as much as I could.

Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel over the loss of your father. He was a master teacher who touched the lives of many students and AP teachers. your Dad was one of my most influential high school teachers (I know that is probably something you hear a lot). he believed in me & went out of his way to help me study & be successful. I actually babysat for you a few times when you were a baby! when your Dad would drive me home he would quiz me the whole way 😂 you were a very sweet baby! keep up the amazing & loving work you are doing!
