A MESSAGE FROM Morgon
It's the 12th-Year anniversary for Joggin for the Frogmen, a 5k race here in beautiful San Diego!
Each of the five times I’m participated in this race I’ve been overcome by the outpouring of support from the local community. 2020 was the first year we had a CBRE Team and what an incredible day to share with colleagues!
2022 was also my first year doing the GoRuck category and it was such a humbling challenge - I'm doing it again!
Shout out to myself for a second place finish in the category and to all of those that contributed to help make me the top overall fundraiser!

Race proceeds benefit the Travis Manion Foundation (www.travismanion.org). The foundation invests in the mental health and well-being of
Veterans and Families of the Fallen. Every resource and experience offered is
focused on empowering individuals to improve well-being in three key areas:
finding purpose in their lives, developing meaningful relationships, and fully
engaging in activities that leverage personal strengths.
