A MESSAGE FROM Morgon
It's the 11th-Year anniversary for Joggin for the Frogmen, a 5k race here in beautiful San Diego! 

I've participated in four of the last ten years, and everytime I'm overcome by the outpouring of support from the local community. 

Last year I came down with Covid just days before the race and was so bummed to miss the event. SO  to make up for missing last year , I've decided to enter the GoRuck category for an extra challenge!! 

I'm giving myself 5 weeks to train and  fundraise - so if you can, please help me once again in contributuing to this great cause and wish me luck on my first GoRuck experience!
