A MESSAGE FROM Natalie Caruso's Fundraiser Page
I'm so excited to run the New York City Marathon as part of Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center’s Run For Teens Team because it combines two passions near and dear to my heart. Running has been a significant part of my life for years, from completing the San Francisco Half Marathon to participating in local events like Rock the Parkway in Kansas City and a variety of 5K/10Ks and mini-triathlon.
In 2024, I set a goal to run my first-ever marathon, and the New York City Marathon has always been a dream of mine. When I learned that Mount Sinai was a charity partner for the NYC Marathon, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to merge my passion for running with my desire to support meaningful causes. The work of Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center resonates with me, as they provide crucial support and resources to teenagers when they need it most. The Center breaks down economic and social barriers to healthcare and wellness for young people by providing vital services—high-quality, comprehensive, confidential and at no cost to patients—for all who walk through their doors.
Joining forces with Mount Sinai allows me to combine my love for running with my dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Any donation, big or small, means the world to me and to the young people that Mount Sinai serves. I am truly honored to represent such an important cause while pushing myself to new heights both on the pavement and in my philanthropic efforts.
