Hi All!
I am excited to be participating in my first ever Eagles Autism Challenge on May 18th. Last year, this event was my first "appearance" as an Eagles Cheerleader. It was so special and incredible that this effort to change autism awareness to action was the first real taste of what my experience on the Eagles would be like. This year, I will be running the EAC 5K alongside some of my teammates, others from the organization, and fans.
Nationally, 1 in 59 children has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. This is a cause near and dear to my heart as I personally have friends living with the complex issues presented by the condition of autism.
