A MESSAGE FROM Nicole Curto
Hello! I'm Nicole Curto and I'm a proud New York City elementary school teacher, on a mission to make a difference beyond the classroom walls. Teaching isn't just a job for me; it's a passion. Every day, I have the privilege of fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where all students, regardless of their abilities, can thrive and succeed.
I believe our impact can extend beyond the classroom. That's why I've decided to take on the challenge to join hands with SNACK*, a haven where children, teens and young adults with autism and other special needs can find special programming and "Fun, Friends, & Hope, to run the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon. SNACK* provides diverse classes and activities designed so everyone has the opportunity to make progress at their own pace. They provide opportunities for individuals to make friends, have fun, learn skills, work and participate in activities that ensure their well-being so they may lead more independent, purposeful lives.
