On May 18, 2019 I will join the entire organization and thousands of others from the community to ride, run or walk in the Eagles Autism Challenge. I am very passionate about this cause. I grew up working with kids from all different background's and I was personally inspired by the children I would work with that have autism. They showed me how to look at the world differently and taught me a greater compassion for those around me. I would like to see in my lifetime advancement in technology and accessibility to all men and women struggling with this condition who need it in order to live full lives. This event is dedicated to raising funds for innovative research and programs to address the complex issues presented by the condition of autism. By providing the necessary resources to thought leaders, we can advance scientific breakthroughs. All participant-raised funds, 100 %, will go directly towards autism research and/or programs at beneficiary partners, as together we shift from autism awareness to action.
