Thank you so much for supporting my Bank of America Chicago Marathon journey! This year, I'm proud to run to benefit Catholic Charities of Chicago where I am a Board member on the Cardinal's Council! Your generosity in giving to Catholic Charities will provide critical services to individuals and families across Cook and Lake Counties-from food and shelter to counseling, senior support, and so much more. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference for our neighbors in crisis.
I will run in honor and memory of my father, Joseph Martin Hallman, who passed away January 1, 2023. As many of you are aware, Catholic Charities was my father's most treasured organization philanthropically. My father was a theologian and a man of great faith and his heart and personal commitments were embedded in the incredible mission of Catholic Charities.
This October, three days after what would have been my father's 87th birthday, I will dust off my running shoes and run for him to raise $20,000 for Catholic Charities
