Hey, I'm Steven Brossard, and I'm raising funds for NoStigmas, a nonprofit that’s helping to break down the stigma around mental health through peer support, education, and real community. This mission is deeply personal to me.
Growing up, I was bullied because of my weight. I struggled silently with body image, binge eating, and the deep emotional pain that came with not feeling accepted — by myself. For years, I didn’t know how to talk about what I was going through, and like so many others, I felt alone.
But then I found running — and it changed everything.
Running became more than just exercise for me. It gave me a sense of purpose. It led me to friendships I never expected, a community that uplifted me, and a healthier lifestyle that helped me reconnect with my body and my mind. It’s become a symbol of my resilience — proof that healing is possible, even when the path is hard.
That’s why I’m supporting NoStigmas — because everyone deserves that kind of support, that kind of second chance at hope. Your donation helps fund life-changing mental health resources, free peer support training, and programs that remind people they’re never alone.
If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t belong or have struggled with your mental health, I see you — and I’m running for you, too.
🙏 Please consider donating and being part of this movement.
