SG United Foundation ("Strong Girls United") is 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to empower girls to be strong, confident, and resilient through sport and physical activity combined with mental health and wellbeing activities.

We run community based programs and Strong Girls U (teams that run locally in collaboration with female college athletes serving as the coaches).

We also have two digital platforms: The FAM Platform (a resource center with over 100 mental skills activities that coaches, teachers, parents, and counselors can use to support girls) and The Foundations (a 10-module program for high school coaches, athletes, and teams to integrate mental skills training into their programs).

Each component of our curriculum and programs is intentionally designed and guided by our motto: strong bodies, kind hearts, and unstoppable minds.
