Hi, My Name, is Alesia DeFrancesco I am a Registered Nurse and Health Care Advocate and Longevity Coach and Proud Mom! I have firsthand experience of parenting a child with ASD, not diagnosed until mid 20. I want to help the cause and bring awareness to consumers, educators and employers and parents. There's an old saying if it's too good to be true - it's probably not true. Same holds true for ASD- if it seems to be too far off the typical path then it's probably not typical...Neurodiverse is a term that describes folks that are not NeuroTypical  they are identified as Neurodiverse or on the Autism Spectrum, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). 

"Neurodivergent" is an incredibly amazing unchartered path...filled with folks with incredible talent, intellect, creativity and imagination and answers. These folks are the Future innovators, they just need to be understood, nurtured and not outcasted.
