A MESSAGE FROM Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter

YOU ARE INVITED TO RACE, volunteer, and raise funds!

2023 Eversource Hartford Marathon and Half-Marathon, Team 26.2 Relay & Charity 5K
Saturday, October 14, 2023 @ 8 AM | In-Person or Virtual

We are excited to announce that the Connecticut Chapter is an Official Charity Partner of the Eversource Hartford Marathon and Half Marathon this year, and we invite participants to join our team and use their marathon, half marathon, Team 26.2 relay, or Charity 5K as a fundraiser for the fight to #ENDALZ!

Any race participant may choose to support our team by adding a charity donation through their registration or donating directly through our fundraising page at

Walkers are welcome in the Charity 5K and volunteers are also needed! Help us reach our goal at the 30th running of the Eversource Hartford Marathon and Marathon on Saturday, October 14 by signing up to participate or volunteer.
Participants are encouraged to create and use their own fundraising account -  click here for a step-by-step guide.

Volunteer, cheerspectate, sponsor, or fundraise for the event without running!

The Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter is the primary source of information and support to the hundreds of thousands of Connecticut residents dealing with the effects of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia. With our office centrally located in Southington, we are able to offer communities across the state 24/7 multilingual Helpline support, Family Training Seminars, Care consultation, First Responder Training, Support Groups, and Educational Programs for healthcare professionals, those dealing with this disease, and the public. The chapter has influenced public policy changes and has provided support to dementia research in the hope of finding a cure.

The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
