My name is Maddie Hart and I'm a survivor.
To mark my first year of freedom, I want to celebrate two things that have helped me tremendously in my recovery: community and fitness.
I will be running a Half Marathon to mark the strength and endurance of all survivors. I chose my goal of $4,500 to symbolize 4.5 of the years I survived physical and sexual abuse and turn it around for Good. Thank you to all of you who have helped me in so many ways this past year <3 John 1:5
I’m proud to join The NO MORE Foundation for the 5th annual NO MORE Week Challenge, a virtual walk/run to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. My commitment is part of a united, global movement to break the silence and help stop the epidemic of abuse. I’d greatly appreciate your support!
