Reach Within is the principal program of the Bartholomew J. Lawson Foundation for Children. As a strengths-based organization, Reach Within is rooted deeply in the founding belief that all children, teens and young adults can heal from trauma. The pillars of our mission to empower all young people to thrive:

1. Trauma changes the developing brain and simple rhythmic practices can change it again. 

2. One caring adult can redirect the trajectory of a life by becoming trauma-informed.  

Developed on the island of Grenada, our youth mental health model is in the process of being replicated worldwide.
