The mission of Dress for Success is to help unemployed and underemployed women achieve economic independence by providing no-fee programs, development tools and professional attire to thrive in work and in life.

At Dress for Success Central NJ, we offer an innovative continuum of job-readiness programs that are designed to address the limitation that poverty imposes on women struggling to support themselves and their families. Through these personalized programs, we support clients through every stage of their employment journey: starting with the pre-employment job search, leading to sustained employment, and through post-employment professional development. We are there for our clients for life.
