Dress for Success Central New Jersey is a not-for-profit organization that empowers women and girls across our region to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help clients thrive in work and in life.

DFSCNJ has served over 18,000 women in Central New Jersey since 2007 and there is a continuing and growing need for our services. Our workshops are free and open to any unemployed or underemployed woman in Central New Jersey who has demonstrated an interest in and a commitment to improving their financial lives.

Our goal at Dress for Success Central NJ is to reduce income inequality by giving our clients the tools they need to succeed on their own. Whatever their career goals, they all share the same objective: to create a safe and financially secure home for their families, eliminate debt, and save for retirement and emergencies. At DFSCNJ, we empower women to reach these goals with confidence and to become part of a support network that is there for them for life.
