Join the End Child Poverty CA powered by GRACE Los Angeles Marathon Team & Supporters! 

The End Child Poverty CA team is participating in the 2025 Los Angeles Marathon, and we’re inviting you! Join as a 5k runner or walker, or donate to support the team. We’re coming together in community, wellness, and joy to impact child poverty in our state! 

The Los Angeles Marathon hosts a special 5K just for charity group participants. You’ll get to be part of the LA Marathon without needing to train for a full- or half-marathon. We welcome experienced athletes and couch-to-5K enthusiasts. You can run, walk, jog, skip…. up to you!

You’ll be part of bringing together communities in action not only across our coalition, but across the city of Los Angeles. The weekend will be filled with movement, conversation, planning, training, and more. This is a moment to come together and share health and joy as parents, advocates, coalition members, children, and community leaders!

End Child Poverty CA is a campaign powered by GRACE (Gather, Respect, Advocate, Change, Engage) and sponsored by the GRACE End Child Poverty Institute. We have a vision of a liberated future, free from systemic racism and poverty, where all children experience childhoods of abundance, dignity, love, and opportunities to thrive. Our work is focused on achieving this vision and ending child and family poverty across California.
