Each year, the #RaceforGSGold team runs to support our Gold Award Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts who earn the Gold Award are true changemakers in the community. They tackle big issues, including mental health awareness, aiding the homeless, improving access for women in STEM careers, and creative a more inclusive Connecticut public school curriculum.

Funds raised through the Eversource Hartford Marathon supports these youth in completing these projects - and allows Girl Scouts of Connecticut to recognize select youth with scholarships to continue their education.
