Girls on the Run is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams! Girls on the Run Greater Hartford was established in 2016 through the commitment and dedication of several employees of the Cigna Corp. In the first year, over 160 girls were served and more than 30 coaches volunteered their time to teach the girls. The communities served grew from the Hartford area to eventually include 5 counties in Central, Southern and Western Connecticut, including: Harford, Tolland, Litchfield, New Haven and Fairfield!
