Amplifying The Good With Every Mile.

When girls in Kandahar couldn’t get to school safely, we funded a bus; when animal shelters closed during COVID, we created the world’s largest foster database, placing tens of thousands of pets. When wildfires swept through Maui, we were on-the-ground with emergency packs and school supplies; and when 300+ animals in Los Angeles County were rescued from a property violating animal welfare laws, we provided emergency animal transport and medical care.

From immediate relief to long-term resilience, our programs are grounded in connection and built to mobilize help where it matters most. Each step you take creates positive change for communities in need. No community is too small, no need is too specific. Thank you for amplifying the good.

Greater Good Charities maximizes every contribution, providing support where it's needed most:

About Greater Good Charities

Greater Good Charities works to help people, animals, and the environment by mobilizing in response to need and amplifying the good. At our core, Greater Good Charities operates as a crisis response organization. We recognize that hardship can arise anywhere, at any time, and in any community. Whether supporting families, four-legged companions, or entire ecosystems, we respond with action that delivers immediate relief and lasting impact. Our team of supply chain, animal welfare, conservation, and disaster response professionals lead programs across four pillars: Animal Health & Wellbeing, Biodiversity & Conversation, Crisis & Disaster Response, and Humanitarian Relief and Development – delivering over $1 billion in aid globally since 2006. With 98.1% of every dollar going directly to our programs, we maximize every contribution— delivering $10 in aid for every $1 donated. For two decades, we have listened locally and responded globally – for people, animals, and the environment. Learn more at greatergood.org and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
