Every day, families arrive at Texas Children’s Hospital facing a journey they did not train for. Bone marrow transplants often come with long hospital stays, uncertainty, and moments that test strength in ways no one expects.

That is where we come in.

His Grace Foundation exists to walk alongside these families from the very beginning. We provide Welcome Baskets filled with essentials and comfort, meaningful enrichment activities for patients, weekly meals for families on the unit, and ongoing financial support that reminds families they are not alone during some of their hardest days.

Just like every mile matters in a marathon, every act of care matters in this journey. Your commitment, discipline, and heart for something greater mirror the strength we see in the families we serve every day.
