Let Me Run is building a new generation of men by teaching boys to be their best selves through a character development program powered by running. We inspire boys to by themselves, be active, and belong. With a comprehensive curriculum that applies the power of running, the program encourages boys to develop their psychological, emotional and social health, in addition to their physical health.
Over 7-week seasons in the fall and the spring, our trained volunteer coaches lead boys in grades 3-8 through lesson topics including respect, positive competition, teamwork, goal-setting, and nutrition. Plus, coaches instruct on proper running and form and stretching techniques as boys train to complete an end-of-season 5K.
